Previous assignment include, Head of Learning in VLA, a leading HR Consulting firm with many blue – chip clients and Chief Operating Officer, LEAP Africa, a non profit training and coaching organisation committed to building leadership and management capacity in Africa.

Ajo Nadia Balogun: B.A. M.A Human Resources Management/Learning

Ajo is greatly exposed to diversity, culture and work ethics in Nigerian business environment, through her 7 years experience with NGOs, private and public sectors and international development. In a learning capacity, she has worked with organizations including Ford Foundation, Fate Foundation, Sofitel Moorhouse, Sesema PR, Pathcare/Bridge Clinic & Hygeia/Lagoon Hospitals, offering various skills learning and human resources management solutions for their staff. More recently, she has worked in a human resources consulting capacity with Restral Limited, the Stephen Covey representatives in Nigeria .

Adewale Ajadi (LLB. MSC), an acknowledged as a renowned expert in the field of Equality and Diversity, both in the UK and internationally with nearly 20 years experience in the subject. During his has many years’ experience, his activities have spanned the Public, Private, and Voluntary sectors, and include, research, training, management consultancy, public speaking and membership of a number of government advisory bodies.
Adewale is an active member of the Employment Tribunals and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts. As a qualified Barrister of Law his knowledge of the subject area extends to the legal framework for Equality of Opportunity and Diversity. He is co-author of Managing Equality and Diversity published by Croner and Developing Workplace Equality published by Thomson Learning. Adewale is also an alumnus of the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

Paul Jonathan Bragman BSC, MA Social Planning, a freelance Community Development Regeneration Consultant following 12 years in the UK community regeneration sector and 3 years community development in developing countries. Paul is also an NCVO approved consultant with expertise in the area of conflict resolution/ mediation and organisational development strategies.

Valerie Omolola Sodeinde BSc, Information System and Management, is an experienced Business Consultant, Project Leader, Trainer and Senior Business Analyst with very diverse and varied business experience. She has had responsibility for implementing and delivering a variety of business solutions for several blue chip companies in a range of industry sectors including, Financial, Telecoms, Construction and Retail. Lola has excellent Project Management skills utilised in diverse roles, such as Systems Development Projects, Business Process Re-engineering projects, Property development projects.  She is also a methodology expert with exposure to a range of implementation tools including SSADM, AS-IS and TO-BE, RAD, JAD, OOA; and is an ISEB Certified SSADM practitioner and is ITIL V3 Certified.
