She has degrees in Drama and Law, and a postgraduate diploma in Social Developmentand Youth Work. She has worked in a various organisations including the Citizen’sAdvice Bureau, UK and LEAP Africa, Nigeria.
As a consultant she has headed the Learning and Development team at Vic Lawrence andAssociates and led various projects. She was the team lead for capacity building for the Federal Ministry of Education Transformation Project and project lead for the StateHouse Skill Audit.
Ochee is a certified personal development coach, DISC profiler and has expertise inaccelerated learning techniques.

Ajo Nadia Balogun: B.A. M.A Human Resources Management/Learning

Ajo Balogun is greatly exposed to diversity and workplace ethics in the Nigerian business environment, through her 8 years experience with NGOs such as the United Nations and the Ford Foundation. In a learning capacity, she has management and consulting experience in public/private sector and international development organizations; offering various learning and human resources management solutions for their staff.
She is totally committed to skills development of Nigerians. Ajo is an alumni of Durham University Business School.

Ogechi Wokocha is a graduate of Statistics from Abia StateUniversity.She is also a chartered member of the NigerianInstitute of Management and has worked in various companies including, Integrated Logistics Service andOceanwave Marine Oil and Gas.

She is currently the project assistant with Warren and Finch Ltd.

Michael Tosin Adesanwo is a IT and communications professional with over 8 years experience. He has successfully many projects including software development/ deployment, web design/publishingand Hi-tech Printing.Michael holds a diploma in Computer Applications and Desktop Publishing, from Nigerian Organizational Industrialisation Center. (NOIC).He is currently working towards a degree in Computer Sc. /Statistics (Bs.c).
